Personal tokens on Pairty represent verified identity and reputation value. They are not securities and do not convey ownership or voting rights in Pairty. Token values may fluctuate based on network activity and reputation changes.

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to manipulate reputation scores

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
