Third-party processor: Our career page and applicant tracking system are powered by Breezy HR. When you submit an application, your data is transmitted to and stored on Breezy HR's platform, subject to their privacy policy. We are a data controller for your application information; Breezy HR acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Purpose & retention: Application data is used solely to evaluate your candidacy. We retain active application data for the duration of the hiring process. If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain your information for up to 12 months to consider you for future roles, unless you request deletion sooner.

EU/UK applicants (GDPR): The legal basis for processing your application data is our legitimate interest in evaluating job candidates (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps necessary prior to entering into an employment contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
